Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies exclusively to digital software products (such as WordPress plugins) purchased through our online store.

This policy does NOT apply to:

  • Professional Services: Web design, development, SEO consulting, etc. These are governed by their respective Service Agreements/Contracts.
  • Hosting Services: Monthly or annual website hosting fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
  • Maintenance Plans: Ongoing support or maintenance subscriptions.
  1. Our Straightforward Guarantee (Software Products)

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you install an Innova Media plugin, follow the setup guide, isn’t functioning as described, or you are unable to get it working despite following the setup guide within 14 days of purchase, contact us.

We will work with you personally to fix the issue. If we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, we will refund your purchase. No forms, no runaround. Just email info@innova-media.com with your order number.

Note: “Upon issuance of a refund, your license key will be revoked within 24 hours, and access to software updates and support will be terminated.”

  1. Software Sales & General Terms

Outside of the 14-day Guarantee period, all sales of digital products are considered final. Because our software is delivered via instant download and license activation, we do not offer “change-of-mind” refunds or exchanges once the guarantee period has lapsed.

  1. Subscription & License Renewals

Your software purchase includes a one-year subscription for updates and support.

  • Automatic Renewal: Licenses renew annually at the original price unless canceled.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. You will continue to have access to updates and support until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Renewal Refunds: We do not offer refunds for renewal payments. It is the user’s responsibility to cancel their subscription prior to the renewal date if they no longer wish to use the software.
  1. Technical Assistance

Beyond the initial guarantee period, we remain committed to your success. We provide reasonable technical assistance to ensure the plugin performs as described for the duration of your active subscription.

  1. Pre-Purchase Responsibility

It is the user’s responsibility to review the specific system requirements (e.g., PHP version, WordPress version) and documentation listed for each software package prior to purchase.

  • We do not offer a “Lite” or “Demo” version at this time.
  • If you have questions regarding compatibility, please contact us before purchasing.
  1. Limited Exceptions

Refunds are also considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same license twice within a 24-hour period.
  • Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your license key or download access and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue after being notified.
  1. Your Data Always Belongs to You

Your API keys and Knowledge Base content are stored on your own WordPress website — not on our servers. If you request a refund and your license is revoked, nothing is deleted from your site. Your settings, your Knowledge Base, and your API keys remain exactly where they are. You simply lose access to the AI chat functionality. Should you ever decide to re-purchase, everything will be right where you left it.
